SUCH IS LIFE.---One day I will be rewarded, remunerated,referenced and recognized.

As part of experiences, lessons and realities I have spent my time to observe practically in the course of my sojourn on earth is that life has a funny way of rewarding people which is sometimes not fair and not based on merit.

While some people are doing more and getting little as reward, others are doing little and getting more as rewards.

When I spent my time thinking and analyzing what could have been the rationale behind this imbalance that looks like injustice to me, I realized over a long period of time that nothing could be done to change this sorts of merits given to some people that didn't deserve it.

Can we submit that life is unfair or it might be due to some reasons that are difficult to analyse?

These are the questions I kept asking myself and I am yet to have a single answer to this form of aberration that seems not to follow the path of reasoning and it is slap and insult to anything that is good.

This form of aberration has been the reason why some people feel bad, depressed and at the end,they think about how they will deep their hands into crime with some people narrowing their line of thoughts to taking their own life through suicide.

This is a societal malaise that has been on for long time cutting across the length and breadth of the entire world.

How can someone not feel bad and cheated when you give so much to your company but you are not been referenced, rewarded and remunerated appropriately.Meanwhile, those who are contributing nothing but laziness are been given what they are not due for.

When you have people that are less qualified been promoted in your place of work,

When you are been ordered around by a superior with lower work experience as your own,

When you are in a system that honors those who can do eye-service, boot-licking and pretense to the extent that some sleep with their bosses and when the time for promotion comes, they are been awarded what belong to you.

This is a societal malaise that could be describe as nothing but evil making men and women of goodwill to be suppressed by a systemic and a systematic organizational approach that is anti-human and retrogressive.

This will do nothing but strip off the dignity of those who have the right mind for the making right decisions that will push the company forward.

I have been asked to influence this, I have been asked to meet people concerning this but my answer has been capital NO.

I know my worth and I have to protect my dignity and self esteem

A system that is created and founded on a retrogressive approach that is potent enough to suppress, submit,subject and sacrificed performance for mediocrity and non-performance needs not to be allowed to take the best out of someone but it should be a platform for creativity that will launch the person concerned to look for other means of getting better that is far outside the reality of such an organization.

I have been on this for the past six years and the story has been the same. It is painful that I find myself in a hole presently but i realized that it is giving me a chance to get better and look for other means of getting better that is outside what is obtainable in the company I am working for.

What I know is that one day I will be rewarded.
