Sometimes it's a scary thing to admit that certain things in your life can cause you stress. Usually, it's more stress than you are willing to personally accept and at times it's difficult to come out of such a situation. This is because you have become so used to the pressure that it becomes normal.
This, however, is not okay, and you shouldn't think its acceptable or normal. Stress can turn you into a person you did not wish to be, and you lose yourself bit by bit. You actually begin to wonder how exactly you can get away from it and have real peace of mind.
An overload of stress can cause you to get highly emotional, crying continuously without reason, feeling muscles pains, and constant fatigue.
This symptoms of anxiety may not seem manger but they are if not dealt with. I say this because this is what I go through.
The mental state of a person is very important and the condition of a person mind can explain why a person behaves the way they do.
Even without knowing people can suffer from some form or type of mental illness a not be aware of it. Or on the other hand, they can be aware of their mental state but are unable to stop their current behaviour because of it.
But it is possible to help people who suffer from some type of mental condition, but they must be willing to receive help. You can not force them. One has to exercise patience which in most cases does not last long and runs out quickly when the person seems incapable of learning from their past mistakes and actions. But you cannot give up on them, in as much as you feel like there is no hope. It'ss important to be there and encourage them that they can get through it.
Mental conditions can be made worse through the consumption of narcotics and other substances which just put the person and the people around them in danger. And this slows down their cognitive ability. In such cases being open and honest with the person and the effects of their actions need to tell. Even though mental conditions whether big or small are not a comfortable subject it's important to talk about them because it makes people aware that these illnesses do exist.
